A New Landmark for Financial Dubai
The Creek Commercial Tower stands as one of ANIB's most significant project deliveries — a fully spec-compliant, Grade-A office development within the world's leading financial hub in the Middle East. The project demanded the highest levels of engineering precision, regulatory coordination, and phased construction management.
ANIB managed the full scope: structural concrete frame, curtain wall façade, MEP coordination, fit-out of common areas, and final DIFC authority sign-off. Every phase was governed by our integrated HSE protocols, with zero Lost Time Incidents throughout the entire construction programme.
